Multitasking is Killing My Productivity
I often wonder why my to do list notebook doesn’t seem to help me achieve my longed stress-less life. I tried sorting urgent stuff from not so urgent stuff, I even bought a pen which has different colors so I can easily differentiate those urgent (red) and those things that I can put off (green) and things that I need to buy (blue). I know what you’re thinking.. rest assured I am not an OC ok? I am simply a trying hard person who wants to be productive everyday without stressing myself (which by the way until now I’m struggling).
As of now I have 489 unread messages in my mailbox (in case you might ask what kind of job I have.. I am not one of the secretaries of Obama) I also have 3 open chat sessions (IMing – reconnecting with friends both here and abroad), uploading photos I just took the other day, and two other open applications. (and of course I’m composing this blog which I hope you’ll find helpful)
